Developed by the team at Direct Life, part of the LSL Property Services group, who have over 25 years experience with intermediary protection sales. After spending time talking to advisers and looking at the wider market, we realised a brand-new approach with brand-new tech was needed. We then designed, built and launched Novium to the Primis network in August 2024 and the wider market in 2025.
We have taken a customer-first approach to design to help advisers manage customer expectations and provide the best possible advice.
